I noticed that nobody has mentioned that offer on dry pavement, not the chains of the security for the traction control and braking of the vehicle at a speed of more normal direction.

Therefore, in most cars with chains of states have established speed limits to a maximum of thirty-five miles per hour or less. Faster, steely dry sliding right on the pavement, without any liability.

They are usually the channels should be used only in areas where snow still down. Otherwise, probably illegal, because they have excessive wear due to snow / wear on the streets.

The best thing would be filled tires, if you want a little extra traction in winter.

No, you should have on them when the snow / ice, or reasonably expect to encounter such conditions. 1 / 4 "bare of snow chains is usually not around, but the ice could. Driving on the road with tears of channels not available for all to hell, and most cities.

Most states can only be used when it snows, as already mentioned, that most tires wear out and can be great damage to your vehicle if it should break.

Only in the snow or wears too fast on the sidewalk. In addition, some places are not. Much damage to roads.
